Are you ready to eat healthier? Sometimes the things that are really unhealthy are "hidden" in our diets. Sure, we know eating that entire cake will probably not be great for our waistline, but what about other foods. We recently received "Unjunk Your Junk Food" for review, and loved it.
Unjunk Your Junk Food focuses on ways to eat healthier. For example, instead of a Crunch Bar-- have a healthier alternative-- Qbel bar. There are a TON of these types of suggestions for a variety of products!
Our favorite chapter was Chapter 8! We have a HUGE sweet tooth and love dessert, so we loved reviewing healthier alternatives!
