Journey Gym Week 2 Check in!

Can you believe it has been 2 weeks??!!!?? Guess what, mamas? I have already lost 10 pounds! Amazing! I am loving that they send me a daily email so I can plan my workout into my day! Super fun workouts! When I started the no sweat workout KILLED me! I was sweating like a pig! Now, I do not break a sweat at all and it is just a great warm-up! I am getting to my getting healthy goals!
