ReplyDeleteThe neighborhood we just moved into is awesome. we all share. We all have vegetable gardens to varying extents and share the goods, or products from said goods: dried herbs, jellies, zucchini breads and more. 8) Love my new Mayberry-ish neighborhood.

My favorite sharing tip is to share tools and garden utensils with neighbors. For instance, I have the hedge clippers, my neighbor has the weed whacker.

ReplyDeleteI go to my local church and ask the priest what they need most of and round up the things I am no longer using and donate it to them. A coat goes a long way for someone in need.

Sharing tip: I belong to a card making and scrapbooking group. We share our punches, embossing folders, and others tools so we all can have a greater variety of items to choose from without all buying the same things.

My tip for sharing is when you find clothes which are in great shape but do not fit anyone in the family, donate them to the Women's Shelter for women and children.
