We were able to try both the Gooberlicious and the Liver Treats. The both seemed to prefer Gooberlicious . . . I am guessing because they both LOVE peanut butter!
The snacks came in a resealable bag, which we loved, as it is much more family friendly. My 9 year old was able to easily open and reseal the bag.

We were also able to view the new movie, "Three Day Test."
"Three Day Test" features a family that needs to become more in touch with each other, as their schedules conflict, television is often watched, and they rarely communicate. The dad decides to take matters into his own hands and turns off all of the electricity, blocks the windows, and makes everyone stay together in the house for three days.
This family friendly movie as enjoyed by my 9 year old, but my five year old was not really interested. I found it somewhat ironic that it is a movie for families to watch together about a family who watches to much television. This would be a fun movie for older kids (7-12 I think). A great way to spend a family movie night!
You can view a trailer of the movie below:
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Looks like a good movies. Most families I know could use disconnecting every once in a while. Too much distraction and noise. Yuck! Promotes togetherness and family. Keeps your priorities in check. kristiedonelson(at)gmail(dot)com Thank you.

ReplyDeleteive heard alot about this movie and it sounds fun
ReplyDeleteMy step daughter watches way too much tv. I'm a believer in no tv in bedrooms for kids because time and content can't be monitored but my husband gave in and put a flat screen in her room anyway when we got a larger tv for our room, our older smaller one went on her wall..... I disagree but I'd like to win this to watch as a family. We almost never watch stuff as a family anymore cause she is too busy watching her tv now but I'd love to watch this movie to get hubby thinking and maybe he would put some limits on her tv viewing and maybe setup parental controls as we have all the premium channels and I know there is much unsuitable for a young teen..
