Mmmm Monday Wildtree Italian Simmered Steak Tips

Yes, Wildtree again...because this stuff is NO joke. It is pretty darn amazing, and I love how easy it is to use in our busy family's life.

Today, its Italian Simmered Steak Tips. The website has a great recipe, but I'll walk through the steps I did because it was SO easy!

First, don't forget that Wildtree is organic, non-GMO, 100% peanut free facility, no additives or preservatives, and fairly sourced from the best locations around the globe.

Super Amazing Dinner ingredients...
1 lb of steak tips
1/2 cup of Wildtree Italian Simmering Sauce

Put steak and sauce in a bag or dish to marinate. I let mine marinate over night, but its recommended at least one hour.
Remove steak and reserve marinade
Heat a grill or grill pan and sear for 2-3 minutes each side
Finish the meat for 5-7 additional minutes on a lower setting (medium low) until desired temp is reached (about 145 for medium cook)
Let rest 5 minutes, slice.

Additionally, boil the reserved marinade to create a delicious pour-over sauce.

Serve with a hearty salad. Mine included arugula, spinach, mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes, green onions and a touch of Parmesan cheese.
