We loved this question! How do you beat the Summertime blues/ boredom?
Some of our favorite activities during the summer are scavenger hunts! And they are SO easy to make! I simply make a list of items for the kids to find, send them around the house with a bucket, and have them collected the items, checking off each item as they go. Depending on age, you can make this activities more or less challenging! Don't have a reader? No problem! Draw a picture of the items you want them to find instead. Another fun activity is adding stickers to items and they need to find the items with the stickers. Last year, my son was into Blue's Clues so I added blue pawprint stickers to items, and we had a great time finding "clues"!
